Los Angeles City College – Elevator Modernization

The Scope of work consists of modernizing three traction elevators, and one hydraulic elevator. The modernization is being done in three campus buildings, including the Kinesiology, Franklin Hall, and Communications Buildings. The modernization includes cab refurbishments, exterior doors and call buttons, replacement of controls, new motors/gearboxes, hoistway repairs low voltage, electrical, ADA compliance, 2-way emergency communication, fire alarm connections, and upgrading of the elevator mechanical rooms.
