City of Santa Clarita – City Hall Restroom Remodel, Phase II

Scope of work included: The Men’s and Women’s restrooms on the first and second floor at City Hall shall be completely demolished down to the existing metal studs and ceiling joists, and then replaced with all new ceramic wall and floor tile, hand’s hand-free plumbing fixtures, restroom accessories, toilet partitions, light fixtures, and built-in counters.
