City of Pasadena – Installation of Restroom Building at Victory Park

The project includes the demolition and removal of the existing restroom building and the construction of a new restroom building and accessory building, new site improvements, new sewer, water, and electrical service, and parking lot improvements. The Work includes but is not limited to, grading, construction of concrete walkways connecting to and matching the existing park path system, utility points of connection, provision of temporary restroom facilities during construction, landscaping and irrigation, site drainage, AC paving, striping, and hazardous materials abatement.
