LACDA – Avalon Library Interior Improvement

Complete remodel of the interior library on Catalina Island. The project included: Asbestos abatement, demolition, new stucco, waterproofing, framing, windows and doors, electrical, lighting controls, plumbing, HVAC, cabinets, carpet, tile and VCT flooring, drywall, painting, low voltage, T-Bar and acoustical ceiling, insulation, stack systems, and furniture.
